They aren't treating Wii as the market leader because they aren't. The PS3/360 combined have more marketshare then Wii. Since most developers won't make exclusives for one of those games, but publish it on both consoles means at this moment PS360 is the leading "platform".
Be sure that behind the scenes most devs are working really hard to get this heavy hitting software on Wii. The problem with these really good games is they take at least 2 years to develop and devs only found out last year that the Wii would be the succes as it is.
