I know it's still Nintendo, but if you haven't tried Kirby's Epic Yarn, that's a fun one, too.
For third parties, Flip's Twisted World isn't too bad. The Lost Winds games on WiiWare are pretty nice, too, though they're sidescrollers. Can't say I've played any other decent non-Nintendo Wii platformers.
Could I trouble you for some maple syrup to go with the plate of roffles you just served up?
