This might be a long read but...

As a kid I never new much about her histotry until I started playing Super Metroid. This game is what made me-started to realised that shes a loner, alone exlporing in an uncharted planet; by herself in dead silence, (to her point of view) It has to be very nerve wrecking. I later realised that shes not the like the other female heroines; shes professional, and not all flashy. I started to like her even more when Metroid Prime was released.

Now that was the game that got me sitting on the edge of my seat. As a person with a history of anxiety I would get so nervous playing, I would allways ask myself "even Samus has to have her episodes". Which I wonder if that was the reason they made Samus the way she was in Metroid Other M; a little emotional. You can be the most toughest person but still have some problems. Even after Other M, I still see hers as the badass but profesional bounty hunter who I know and love (even though shes only fictional).
