I can tell you how they will handel it use the piles of cash they have to hire more developers and commision third parties to develop games. Oh wait they are doing that....

Pilotwings Resort was handled by Monster games a third party 

The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time 3D is handled by Grezzo a third party

Steel Diver was done by Vitie Inc a third party

Kid Icarus: Uprising is being developed by Project Sora founded by Nintendo in 2009

most of the big Wii games of late have been developed by third parties The Last Story, Monster Hunter Tri etc and of the few confirmed upcoming Wii games I can think of only Skyward Sword is being developed by Nintendo.
