I can't understand people being upset about this. Olympics games are almost always terrible. Who cares? When you shove a big pile of events together with simplistic gamepad controls, it is NOT a recipe for compelling gameplay. The only reason the Wii version works better is due to the unique control system.
This game will almost certainly be mediocre and uninteresting. And no doubt, it has been planned ever since the Olympics license was obtained and has nothing to do with the profits of M&S.
Again, who cares?
