While there maybe issues with poll, I still think that it is posible for certain populations to be this opposed to inter-racial marriage.
I bet here in the UK there are communities that would be opposed to it, perhaps even more so than 46% of the population*. I can certainly think of one or two communities not far from me where racial tensions are quite high, high enough to make people say "Race X aren't good enough to marry race Y".
That's a depressing thought.
(*I looked for figures to back up that claim, but it's a little sparse)
