You know, if we're talking about new badges, how about posts in the Sales Discussion? You know, you could have:

This is only the beginning -10 comments in the sales discussion (Monster Hunter)

Keeping Count-100 comments in the Sales discussion (dunno, need a name for this one)

Obsessive Compulsive Distinction- 1000 comments in the Sales discussion  (World Of Goo)

And how about ones for your Games Collection? (If it will still exist, which I assume it will...)

Only Human- Added a game

Casual Gamer- Added 10 games

Hardcore gamer- Added 100 games

And then you could maybe have something to do with the different consoles as well;

Retrohead- Added a game from a previous generation

Modern Classics- Added a game from 3 generations

Gaming Guru- Added a game from every generation

One of each- Added a game from each console in a generation

Of course, with better names and everything, but I don't think these are too 'obscure'...

Missed this post.

Yeah, like Seece said, we used to have game collection/rating ones, but the problem is it's too open to abuse. Same goes for your 'generation' ones. The only one I would consider would be 'Added a single game to your collection', but I believe that the 'completing your profile' badge will require you to do that anyway.

Will consider 'posts in the sales forum' ones, but, like I said, I'd want some good designs for them before I add them otherwise it's just creating more work for everyone else who's contributing (also maybe some names that tie in to game franchises).

I never knew there used to be some for the games collection >.<

Like I said, they were only some vague ideas. Although I do have some pictures and I have changed the names to more gaming-related ones now

And how about:

SuperSonic- 100 posts in 24 hours (Guess the reference )
