The OP is silly because a similar list could be made for every console manufacture.
Mistwalker is anti - PS3, CS1 Team is anti - 360, Cave is anti - PS3, Activision is anti - PS3, EA has been anti - 360 and so on and so forth. Every publisher has a bias, just like every one that plays games has a bias for a certain system. It doesn't mean they hate the system or they hope it burns in hell, its just that they'd rather stick with what they're comfortable with and have specific business strategies in place that don't involve the other systems.

I don't get your point with the "similar list could be made for every console manufacture." So what? You can't talk about a specific bias against a specific console manufacture? Please... don't be silly.
By the way, may I remind you that the title of this thread is anti-Nintendo biased developers, not a "bias in gaming development" thread.

My point is that your treating these developers and publishers as if they are 'anti' Nintendo, when in reality they just have no reason to develop for the platform, they don't have the resources or they have legitimate business practices that they have chosen to follow and they just happen to not involve Nintendo.
Your treating this as if it is a specific case that only involves Nintendo, when it's just a standard business practice and your making it out to be something negative.

Yes, they are anti-Nintendo. They not only have, apparently, no reasons, resources or different business practices not not support Nintendo, they also bash, in an unfriendly way, and create false conceptions about Nintendo products. If I should follow your logic, then I should consider Valve and Blizzard as anti-Nintendo because they have completely different business practices and don't support Nintendo at all, but I don't. Why? Because they don't bash it or don't give questionable reasons for not support Nintendo like, for example, Epic, who said 3DS can't run Unreal Engine 3. Or Infinity Ward who said COD4 couldn't be done on Wii for, year later, Treyarch, a way lesser competent developer, be able to do it. It's fine for them if they don't want to develop for Nintendo, after all they are free, but don't act like it's because "they can't do" and when in reality they don't want to do it.
No, it's a misunderstanding from you to believe I was treating this case as it was only involving Nintendo. It happen with everyone, but I wanted to talk specifically about Nintendo. And yes, public bashing and false conception of platforms it's definetively something negative.

Right. Just as i said, the difference between Valve and Blizzard and Bethesda and Epic is that the latter two have gone out of their way to make their disdain quite apparent (which isn't to say Valve or Blizzard have any disdain in the first place, but they also don't develop for Nintendo systems)

Not entirely true, they outsourced Starcraft for Starcraft 64 and Gamecube was supposedly their lead platform for Starcraft Ghost until it was canned for good, so I'd say Blizzard probably likes Nintendo.
Also since we could find all these direct statements from developers and publishers that go out of their way to bash Nintendo and it's systems, where are the statements for 360 and PS3? They largely don't happen and no where near the levels of Nintendo bashing in the gaming media by developers.
As for who is actually against Nintendo I think you have a few wrong, EA as a whole seems to be at odds, especially teams like the Madden team, but the Tiger Woods developers, they do everything in their power to make Tiger Woods on Wii the best version, still doesn't stop trash reviewers rating it lower than the PS3 and 360 versions but that can't be helped.
Infinity Ward might have had issues in the past, but basically that team is gutted, and with Activision being of the Wiis biggest supporters, I believe that tune will change in the coming years.
I find it pretty obvious why Epic voices against Nintendo, they have a legit stake in the other guys, they're also one developer I could care less if they decided to never support a Nintendo console, the games they make are best on PC with the modder community there to take their games from rather basic to actually being fun, basically they've never done anything that really impressed me, their dedicated fans however have. Just a side note, the only people that seem to make the Unreal Engine look halfway decent is Epic themselves and Rocksteady, which is why I see an unreal engine stamp on the back of a game and usually dread seeing how bad it will look ~_~
