It's not about consumer rights. You CAN return it, even if it's not faulty. You ALWAYS have a right to a full refund within 28 days and you DONT have to give a reason. Check your Game receipts. Not a year or anything, but 28 days is the law. And you should be able to work out if it makes you ill.
