The reason Google works better is because it can find content blocked from all other search engines. Hence the reason for the lawsuit. Microsoft's problem is once you are pegged as the villain that sticks with you for a couple lifetimes. In actuality all the "evil" things Microsoft did in the past are common practices for many companies today.
Love the product, not the company. They love your money, not you.
