There will be no Xbox 360 exclusive character. Ed Boon already spoke about it in the vid docs that the second he saw Kratos in GOW3 he saw a potential MK character and contacted Sony about it. The only Xbox 360 character even partially worthy of being in a Mortal Kombat game is Marcus Fenix and that is pushing it because his moveset would suck.

I think the Ninja Gaiden guy could work, those games are at least more 360 games than they are PS3 games even if they're multiplat.

Ryu Hayabusa isn't an 360 mascot and he belongs to Tecmo whom make DOA. Think about this....really? Too much wishful thinking and not enough constructive thinking. He has his own fighting game essentially.

well I'm not really going for 360 mascot since I don't think any of those fit, just a character that appears on the console a lot that could be the 360 exclusive character. similar to a Soul Calibre where iirc Ninty got Zelda, PS3 got Kratos and 360 got Spawn. Now I think they should be able to come up with something closer to 360 than Spawn, but like Spawn it doesn't have to be one of MS's mascots, it just has to be a character that fits the MK style and they could give to the 360 userbase as exclusive.
Funny random thought: it would be kinda hilarious if they made the 360 exclusive character Dante from Dante's Inferno.

Well last gen Heihachi was a PS2 exclusive character and Link was a NIntendo exclusive character. Microsoft had no defining characters for a fighting game last gen and Todd Mcfarlane was already making an SC2 character in Necrid, so they had him make Spawn for the Xbox. Usually the exclusive characters are defined by their console. Last gen they could've used Ryu Hayabusa, but they didn't. The reason they probably didn't is:
1. He's in a rival company's fighting game.
2. Because Ryu is a broken character meant for broken games. (Think about it, do you know how many ring out's Ryu would get on his own? He would be crazy to use but hard to stay in the ring with. LOL)
