reviews are generally poor these days, sometimes they dont know what they are talking about.
ive tried ssf32 it has tons of options and extras as you said includes dlc and costumes, so its a good deal and value must be taken into account when giving scores
...not much time to post anymore, used to be awesome on here really good fond memories from VGchartz...
