I've just tested the 3DS at my local gamestation, and it's very impressive. Especially the interface, and this new joystick/slide button, which is very nice to use. It will replace the cross in a not so long time, and it's seems perfect for fighting games.
The 3D effect is amazing. I tried only Pilotwings for a few minutes, and changed the 3D button, it seems the engine seems to struggle slightly when the 3D button is at the maximum. Moving your head 10° from the front of the console and you'll see two images, but all in all, it's a nice addition.
Somehow, I know that graphics makes you 'wow' for 5 mn, and then, you'll forget them and concentrate on the game rather than trying to check aliasing or textures....
For me, the 3DS is not interesting, since it seems not a high evolution from the DS itself. I'll wait better games are released before to get one.
PS : The shopkeeper told me that the rush on DS was yesterday, there was only 9 left this evening...
