I believe that Nintendo will release the Wii 2 at the end of 2012, the latest 2013 as no matter what they will always stay the market leader anyway and shouldn't be in any rush to give up that position. Microsoft just did a re-launch of the 360 and a $500 million marketing campaign on Kinect. The next Xbox will release at the end of 2013 at the earliest only if Nintendo releases the Wii 2 in 2012. If not then defiently 2014, the same goes for Sony. The need to milk the PS3 for as long as they can. In any case, the 360 and PS3 are very future proof and viable products long into the future. Even with a new Wii on the market, they still should be able to hold their own for a year or two. Three years though is out of the question.
