Nintendo holding off till 2015, is that even possible?

nintendo seems quite happy with the stratagy of realeasing under-powered hardware now-a-days.  i expect the GCX4 (lolz btw) to be on par hardware wise with the ps360.  might even mean they pick up some third party support.  also would mean as a side effect the ps360 would have their lives extended.
