22nm.. oh ya.. IBM's dye-shrink plans. Intel's was 20nm... i think... or was that 20w for their latest micro-server xeon >.> I forget now.
edit: your right. 22nm, which actually IBM is going 28nm before 22nm so expect 28nm followed by 22nm. The 20 number came from me remembering Intel's micro-server processor goals which is a 20w cpu followed by a 15w cpu.
