ps3 has 6 already. Then add ffxii, uncharted 2, uncharted 3, cod8, cod9, AC2, ACBH, RDR, GOW3, and FIFA 11. That makes 16. That's 17 if you add Sports champions.
X360 has 11 already (12 if you count KA). Then add AC2, ACBH, RDR, COD8, COD9, Gears 3, another Halo and Kinect Sports. That makes 19. That's 21 if you add KA and Forza 3.
plus if gta V releases.

Why would you not count Forza Motorsport 3? I know a portion of it's sales (20%) is due to bundling, but since when do we discredit games like GT3 and Forza 3 for being modestly bundled?
|
change the 20% to at least 50%. This game wound't have been able to survive without bundles!
|
Really because you know it sold 3.3 million units before it was bundled, and another 200k after bundles stopped? At most bundles could only have done 1.3 million, and that's assuming no one picked up a copy between September and January, and that The Rultimate Edition didn't boost sales (despite a sales jump for the last week of October).
Sorry, but 1/4.8 is about 20%.
Forza 2 on the other hand, is a different story. I wouldn't argue a 50% bundle for that game (it sold 1 million in 3-4 months before bundling, and probably 1 million more on its own. 2/4 is 50%.

I saw somewhere it sold 2 million at the end of 2011. I'll try and get you the link soon.

You can't selectivly use VGC data like that. If you saw a link to some website where it sold 2 million before bundling, then use that websites current sales figure too. VGC only claim sales increased by 1.3 million when it was bundled, and it's likely 300k of those sales were the game as a standalone (with the aid of the Ultimate edition, with Stigs car choice).
Mixing data like that is just wrong. Opens up results to a world of error.
