The Call of Duty 2 that was on 360 is a completely different game than Call of Duty: Big Red One that was on PS2.  Different campaigns, different developers, etc.

Splinter Cell Double Agent was completely different on the PS3/360 than it was on Xbox or PS2, but none of them would count as exclusives.

Haha CoD2 Big Red One is a spin-off to the Call of Duty series before Activision let Treyarch officially work on Call of Duty 3.

Think of FF Versus XIII. It wouldn't be exclusive either since it's on the 360 under the name of FFXIII.
