"good news everyone!" though comcast does not know or will not say what fixed it, it works again. had to cancel the comcast tech, casue they can never make it out here in the 24-72 hour periods when my network is slow as crap. since this has happened 3 times in the last 5 weeks (not counting a planned comcast outage for 4 hours) i have esclated a ticket to managment, i dont expect anything to be done yet, but im building a case for each time this happens so something can be done... considering i had almost no issues for 7 months with the service until december something has changed and its becomeing a pain. in the mean time im reading through my contract for an SLA to see if i can prove they broke it... i doubt it but its worth a shot.
on the forum thing, thats cool, ill use it, and here still since VGC was nice enough to sticky this thread, and this thread made me decide to open the server up. if we can get every one on the new site rock on.
