yeah you are definitely wrong. no one is saying that an oblivion-type (in that same genre) game would have oblivion graphics. which seems to be your only point why it wouldn't work on wii. that type of game has been done before on systems less powerful than wii although not on quite the absolutely huge scale that oblivion is on. so yes an oblivion-type game can certainly be done on the wii with graphics not as good and maybe the world itself a bit smaller. then again the wii might be able to create a game world as big as oblivion's. we won't find out until some dev tries it, if they ever do.
so no the game oblivion is not possible on the wii. thats obvious. a similar type expansive open world rpg certainly is as it has been done on less powerful systems in the past.
