For reference Brotherhood in VGC:

Brotherhood (PS3): 3.06m
Brotherhood (360) 3.42m

Brotherhood: 6.48m

Overtracked?

Bloodlines (PSP): 0.97m

Overtracked.

Those figures (the 360/PS3 Brotherhood ones at least) are current sales figures.

To the end of December:

Xbox 360 AC Brotherhood 3,095,078
PS3 AC Brotherhood 2,784,740
Taken from: http://www.vgchartz.com/weekly.php?date=40580&reg=World&date=40545

Which would suggest there was around 500K copies lying on shelves ww.

Could still be overtracked by 500K or something like that. I doubt AC Brotherhood was so hot that it had only 500k lying on shelves right after the massive x-mas season. But who knows.

Oh yeah, I'm not saying it isn't or is overtracked, I was just trying to correct an error (because if it had been 6.48 million sold on VGC when shipments were only at 6.5, that would be overtracking). I'm not what sort of numbers we should expect to be sitting on shelves when it comes to games. I know it's generally around the 1.5 million mark for consoles (plus or minus 0.5 million), except during shortages or overshipping, but games seem to be too variable (based on popularity, previous franchise history, 1st shipment size etc etc)

Yes I saw you man lol.

I was just adding my speculation.

From the link, Ubisoft predicts Brotherhood would end up shipping 1-1.5 million less than AC2. (while VGC has the game tracking slightly ahead of ACII)
