yea all the Sony haters would laugh 2 when somy hass to pay out, creating viruses is ilegal and if traked back to Sony (which hakers would) then the law suites would begin, it would be like the rootkits all over again.

How would Sony hack it, and no1 can come forward without admiting to piracy, there's no way Sony would have to pay out 

Well, not really sure about this law, but I believe some countries allow back ups. One would just have to pretend they also owned a real copy (and provide proof....they would just buy a used copy). 

Pretty sure, sony wouldn't create virus to begin with....so lets just stop assuming what would happen.
