Yes 3DS looks most likely at this stage but you never know Square-Enix might have shifted development to PS3 because of pore of sales of JRPGs on Wii.

PS3-NGP would be a good idea.

But if development of the Wii version is almost finished, 3DS is the better option than PS3 or NGP.
