What game do you need to complete to earn the "hardcore" title?

I did it.

I managed to get all the items in the GameCube version on Hard Mode, but I missed some scans, that you only have a few chances to get. >:-I

Like the one in Agon Wastes, there is an Ing that seals the door and only appears there.
