Technically MG4 was MGS5. That franchise is finished. Everything thats left either takes place with Raiden or is a prequel with  Naked Snake or Solid Snake.

No. Peace Walker is MGS5... Kojima confirmed that before.

When he said Peace Walker was MGS5, he didn't mean it literally. He only meant that opposed to the new MGS coming out for the 360/PS3, MGS Peace Walker should be considered official cannon and the next installment in the series. I embellished a little on the details of Peace Walker being MGS4. MGS Peace Walker is really MGS3. It came ten years after Snake Eater (The first MGS in chronological order) and four years after Portable ops. From there MGS1 takes over. MGS1= MGS4 in the true chonological order.
