Its nice to have a game that looks pretty sometimes you know. Either way, the article has nothing to do with that.

Look at the quote I put on my post, right after saying it is nice to have a high end portable system he states that triple AAA games are not going anywhere. While they are different quotes, I doubt he didn't want to link them.

He could mean anything, like maybe the dual analog sticks?  Or maybe the online capabilities? Graphics are never mentioned in the article. 

That's why I changed to "high end portable" in my second post, as being high end has something to do with quality.
