Why are people shocked at ME2 PS3 not doing too hot? Bioshock PS3 didn't exactly light up the charts either, being a late port and all. Not having the possibility to play the prequel is also bound to hurt sales imo.
Imagine releasing a movie that was a direct, historical sequel to a movie that people were unable to have seen. Would not go well (PS: Don't you dare Star Wars me!! 
).
