Complete with Story DLC, not Complete with DLC. The only reason people should buy this version if they are ps3 only users. 360 version is arguably on par with this version (might be cheaper as well), and the PC is still the best version (just wait for one of the big steam deals for the biggest value).
Wait is the mission that revolves around the car thingy free DLC, or pay?
