Now. Why do you care so much that people are questioning Major Nelson saying that supply was tight? Why does it bug you so much when people question it (Me, for example) when it outsells the Wii in America, the PS3 Worldwide, Kinect Adventures! is the best selling title of the Week and it had the lowest Week on Week drop?
Does it look like there are shortages? Really? No it doesn't.
Anyway, because you brought Sony into this. Last year, when Sony said there were shortages... There actually was. NPD commented on it. Retailers were commenting on it. Big Sony officials were commenting on it. Sales weren't increasing despite big releases (See God of War 3). Now with the 360 shortages, we have Major Nelson saying supply is "tight".
With tight supply, the Xbox 360 outsold the Wii in America, outsold the PS3 Worldwide, matched the DS in America, had the lowest Week on Week drop and (according to Maxwell) is in plenty supply.
The shortages excuse is either made up, not as bad as MS are making it out to be, or we are overtracking the 360. Pick one.
