This website claims to implement all North American data into its 'Americas' chart. Thus, hardware and software sales are usually about 10% higher for each bit of software or hardware sold. NPD tracks Canada, but no one really knows where potential Mexican and Latin American data comes from...it is also possible that South America data is included as well.
