You're mind is really hazy because she wasn't being arrested. She had footage that Saren didn't want getting out, so she went to the Shadow Broker for protection and was almost caught by a traitor before you save her.

From Mass Effect wiki:

"She recovered a file from its audio banks that revealed Saren Arterius was behind the attack on Eden Prime, but possessing the file put her in grave danger. She was pursued by Saren's forces, and escaped to the Citadel"

Sounds like a fugitive to me...

You might want to look up the definition of fugitive. She committed no crime, she didn't escape incarneration, etc. etc. This comic fail. Let's break down a few reasons why.

Shepard: "Lt. Alenko was good kid." FAIL Shepard is 29 in ME1 and Alenko is 32. Jenkins was good kid but he died along with Nihlus on Eden Prime neither of which is mentioned in the comic.

The Geth aren't mentioned by name at all. FAIL. The Geth are a major enemy through ME1. They aren't just "Saren's Army". In fact, they Sovereign's army.

Feros isn't mentioned at all. FAIL The Thorian having the ancestral knowledge of the Protheans is major point of story. So is Shiala passing you that knowledge via the Cypher. Without it Shepard would not be able to make sense of the visions from the Prothean beacons. Liara wouldn't be able to make sense of them either becuase the visions would be jumbled mess.

The Rachni: The comic implies that the Rachni Queen was responsbile for her brethren attacking you on Noveria. The other rachni are insane becuase they were taking away from their mother and didn't develop properly.

Cerberus. FAIL isn't mentioned at all. You run into experiments gone wrong from Cerberus throughout ME1. How is the player supposed to have trepidation about working Cereberus if they don't about them.

I expected smaller quest like Emily Wong's two quest, Conrad Verner, etc. to be left out but not major plot points of game. I expected that PS3 owners would get a Cliff Notes of ME1. If some handed a test on the major of events of ME1 and all you had was comic you fail miserably. I mean they couldn't even get the basic facts right.
