Will the PS3 and 360 gap grow or close in 2011?

The gap will grow for the next few months I think. Only Japan is keeping the PS3 close right now. If Japan drops down to the 20K-25K, then the 360 will definitely have a gap increase.

With the Kinect price dropping before the holidays as well as the XBox 360, sales for these systems are going to increase like crazy. Especially in America. PS3 sales in U.S. were not the greatest this holiday. At one point both the Wii and 360 outsold the PS3 by 2:1 in the U.S.

No no, it really is 700k, go to sales discussion and NPD numbers, see for yourself. I don't think PS3 is overtracked by 700k (lol it sold 1.2M so if we take 700k off.. =D) but overtracked most likely. Wii in the same situation.
