Screw your rules, I'm making my own rules. First 5 things I would do.
1. Cut the PSP down to $125, and the PSP Go down to $100 just after the 3DS Launch. Would ensure a respectable year on the market despite the 3DS. Could potentially steal sales FROM the 3DS, if 3DS was in poor supply.
2. Buy Square-Enix, bring tons of Japanese sales. Fire Wada and pay a street bum to piss on him.
3. Offer a ton of money to Capcom for Monster Hunter timed exclusivity on PlayStation platforms for X Years.
4. Hire the main people from Nintendo's, Microsoft's and Apple's marketting teams.
5. Plan for the Holidays right now. Get Colours, Bundles... And release fully Backwards Compatible PS3's. $50 Pricecut if Wii/360 are bringing a lot to the table.
