What hes saying is that from his perspective on Kinect Dance Central stands out as a great title whereas with Move titles nothing stands above the others in terms of appeal or perhaps quality. Given what we know about the sales of the games for each device, Dance Central is the 2nd best selling Kinect game and unique to the device at the same time. Move just doesn't have something like Dance Central yet. Maybe next year he'll point to a game like Sorcery.
