Red Dead with just america

NSMBWii with just Americas

and so on. About half these games would have made it with just one region.

 

Out of those games I'm most impressed with Donkey Kong Country sales. It is doing very well.

Japan is a slightly smaller region than Americas and EMEAA, :P. It's not that they've made it with one region, but that they've made it with Japan. Don't see any others that would've made it with just Japan.
