We are talking about a once great studio considered among the best and paid an impressive amount of money who is doing low level stuffs that every other studio could do easily?

You know a developer is great when their best work on modern consoles are ports. I guess if you like snazzy menus though, Rare has got you covered, but as for great new games that they used to be known for, they are no good.
