Better how? If you read the content of those reviews you will find they pretty much all say the driving physics of GT5 make it the best simulator on consoles. For many who want a full and authentic driving experience, that is the most important factor. Some reviews have even compared it to PC sims which are highly advanced (iRacing for instance).
If you prefer a fun racing game with good driving physics then Forza has it. But for many who want their sim fix, GT5 is the best choice.
