That's a lot of work Smeags thanks for the insights.  Some surprising titles on each list.  Dead Space and Mirror's Edge on the 360 not to mention Kinect SW.  Well surprising to me anyway.  A solid year for the home consoles especially Wii.  If you can't find something you like these days maybe it's time to get some fresh air.  Think I'll take my advice while I wait for DS2, TW2, DA2 etc..

Edit: Just noticed ME2 didn't even make the top ten at 2.2m.  Guess that's not all bad news.

Well, what I'm most surprised by is the boom of PS3 million sellers. Seems that this holiday boost pushed a lot of older PS3 games that I really didn't see coming. So props to the PS3 for that.

This generation is very different when it comes to the million sellers. I think PS2's record of 225 million sellers will be safe, because Wii's million sellers are more concentrated. The console already has more 20 million and 10 million sellers, which is pretty insane. I mean, you can see it in each console's top ten. Wii's top ten is loaded with big selling titles, with 360 following and then PS3 following that. DS is starting to show its age (still a decent top ten though), and the PSP... is the PSP.

So yeah, each of the three home consoles are doing very well this year. I really don't think any fanbase can complain too much.
