Doubt it. Playing with an existing save file makes the game so much better.

Though the inclusion of all DLC is a nice thing of course. On the other hand ME2 on PC and 360 are so cheap at the moment, that you probably save more if you buy them instead and all DLCs seperately.

EDIT: I mean it remains unclear for now if that interactive comic can get the same experience as ME1 which I doubt.
