Here are some games that are must haves on the Wii.

Monster Hunter Tri (my most enjoyed game on the system)
Resident Evil 4 Wii
Metriod Prime Trilogy

Some other good games

Metroid: Other M
Mario Strikers Charged (if you like sports games)
Resident Evil Umbrella/Darkside Chronicles (only if you like co op rail shooters)
Super Smash Bros. Brawl
