Forza and GT are both hardcore racing sims. Mario kart doesn't really fit into that category.

I hate when threads always compare the H.D systems but never the Wii like the Wii isn't worthy or something...or is the Wii too strong to count in the "System wars".

That second part is true in a lot of threads, but there is a very simple and obvious reason for Wii to be ignored in this particular comparison, because it doesn't have a game in the same genre.  Racing in general sure, but there is no simulation based racer on Wii to my knowledge.
