I think 2011 will be the end for the PSP. Outside of Japan, the PSP isn't doing so hot, and with the PSP2 rumored to be coming out the first half of 2011 I see hardware and software sales drying up pretty quickly. Even with the inevitable slowdown of both DS and Wii hardware and software sales, both will still be able to ride out 2011 well enough. I think that the Wii successor is likely late 2012 at this point, and the DS, with a price cut, will still well for a good few years.
