Forza is not realistic... the tracks are out of real proportions... the phisics are more Arcade than Sim... and gameplay lacks a lot of sim features.

But I agree it is a really good game... just not so good for sim racers.

the tracks in forza are difinatly way out of proportions they are just so wide and unrealistic, this gives the uneducated gamer the feeling that "hey this plays and handles great" the best comparison you can do is take the same car same track same view. i tried this on suzuka gp the track accuracy, gradients and vehicle handling is better on gt5. even when in cockpit view gt5 shows race car feel screen judder where in forza its like nothing at all.

forza is a good game but not better than gt5.

in fact i booted up forza to check whats on it. all i found was season mode (pgr copy) event mode which is same as season mode you just pick yur events instead, theres time trial, online and paintshop and thats it. gt5 has far far more gameplay to enjoy and will last you a hell of  lot longer
