Nintendo is just trying to pre-empt a lawsuit.  Show me actual studies, not company PR.

Maybe it has to do with the method the 3D is displayed? Because the 3DS doesn't have glasses, it could be because of that.

Quite possible; considering Toshiba gives warning for glassless 3D T.V.s
