I disagree in a way. I myself only buy used games that long been out of print. I dont buy used when the specific game is still being produced or have just have been released; I buy fresh copies. One good example was 6 months ago when I was trying to get a hold Maximo vs Army of Zin; why should capcom still get my money when they themselves ceased production of that game. It had its run already.
Basicly, buying out of print games in my humble opinion is not pirating.
