That document says that in Jan-Mar 2009 (page 26) non-pirated / non-imported Mexican retail is split up as follows:
Game Planet - 27%
Liver Pool - 26%
Sam's Club - 10%
Blockbuster - 7%
Walmart - 5%
Others - 25%
Page 8: "Global Publishers Generate 2-6% of USA sales in Mexico (in 2007 / Q1 2008)", and top titles sell "tens of thousands of units" - not imported or pirated. Mexico is apparently 70% of Latin America...as of 2007 / 2008.
Gray market / pirated market is 85% of all sales nonetheless.
Latin America was 2% of world market in 2006, expected to reach 4% in 2011.
This report was actually cited in BKK2's Latin America thread a while ago, but I'd forgotten about it.
