Well this year is pretty crappy for holiday-consoles in Japan officially:
PS2: Worst December ever (not surprising!)
Wii: Worst December ever (bad but these are still decentish numbers - adjusting for market size, a bit better than how PS3 is doing in the USA in Nov-Dec 2010). Might do 120k in its best Dec week.
PS3: Back Down to 2008 levels for December. Will sell worse than 2006, & 2009. Probably almost at 2007 and a bit ahead 2008 levels (around 250,000 in Dec). Might do 70k in its best Dec week.
X360: In 2009, X360 got to 10k in Dec, in 2008 it got to 20k (Jan 3 2009 week), in 2007 got to 9k, in Dec 2006 got to 38k, did 55k launch week in Dec 2005.
