Like in Chapter 11, nothing really happens; very little story progression and not much character development. All you do is walk, get amazed that you don't see something linear, then return to linearity, climb some tower, go to some village and end chapter. There were some other chapters that didn't really do anything or took a while to get somewhere. I also would've liked something to do other than fighting. The side missions were just fighting. Back to the soundtrack, I really enjoyed it. Final Fantasy always delivers on the music aspect. My favorite track in FFXIII is Snow's Theme. And outlawauron, Eyes on me isn't good, imo. My Hands is superior.

Hey, I don't think 'Eyes on Me' is very good either. It's just a very popular track that a lot of people associate with FF8.
To your other comments, I've yet to play Nier, but I anxiously await hearing the OST that has received so much praise.
