I here that Baten Kaitos: Eternal Wings and the Lost Ocean is a good game according to Gamerankings.com

The sequel was not that good, but this series is starting to build up, espically sense Monolith Soft is the developer.

Though I haven't played it yet, from what I hear, the sequel actually fixes some of the major issues with the first game. Namely, the horrid voice acting and balance issues.

Well I don't understand how the sequel your talking about that fixes the horrid issues: Baten Kaitos Origins scored lower than the first.
