its not really offtopic? , i'm just saying that he shouldn't say that if he himself didn't make anything new since Nintendogs, and the games after that are sequels, he then go on and talk about how polishing a game like Zelda to be immersive is something "different" , its a sequel , and building on the sequel to make it better than the last game isn't really innovative, by his logic i'd call every single sequel released this year innovative, why? because it was more polished than the last one.

i don't see how i went offtopic.

In regards to Zelda. He says they're focused on creating gameplay mechanics so the overall experience feels dense and more engrossing. Nowhere in the article did he did say polishing a game is something different. Nowhere. I have absolutely no idea where you're getting this nonsense from. Read the article again, with an open mind this time instead of going in trying to find fault with his comments so you can argue with people, which you have clearly done, failed to a spectacular degree, and resorted to spinning the mans words around to fit your ugly shape-puzzle and make it sound like he's insulting other developers.

How technical is your game?
